MTN is one of the best telecommunication service providers in Afghanistan. MTN provides their service in all parts of the country. It also has a cheap price compared to other networks. In this article I will talk about how to use MTN SIM cards ,get special offers and activate bundles. For activating voice or internet bundles, dial *344# on your phone. You will see something like this.

The very first option is MTN WOW. You can choose this option for activating special offers, internet, voice, and mixed bundles. If there were any bundles for you, then you are lucky. You can subscribe to any bundle at a very cheap price.

The second option is COMBO.


You can activate data bundles and balance. Once you active COMBO bundles the belance can only be use for voice call to another SIM card.
The third option is for a daily internet bundle. 100MB at 15 Afghani.


The fourth option is for Weekly data bundle. 500MB at 89 Afghani.
The fifth option is for monthly data bundles. 1GB at 299 Afghani
2GB at 399 Afghani
4GB at 499 Afghani
8GB at 72599 Afghani
15GB at 1399 Afghani
30GB at 2699 Afghani

The sixth option is for nightly bundles.
10GB at 200 Afghani
1GB at 25 AfghaniNightly bundles only work from 11:00PM to 7:00AM.


The seventh option is for checking your remaining data package.

The eighth option is for deactivation of automatically renewal of the recent bundles.


The ninth option is for Data PAYG.
The tenth option is for hourly 1200 MB at 15 Afghani. After you enter 10, you will need to confirm the activation.

The eleven option is for Ejtemae bundles. Ejtemae bundles are 50% for normal internet and 50%for Facebook.


The twelfth option is for checking 4G state to know whether you are under 4G coverage or not.
Thirteen options are for Hadya. It means buying voice and data bundles for others.




You can also activate bundles by dialing*247# on your phone. Let us say what we can do after dialing this code.

On the first option, which is MTN WOW, you can activate special offers.

On the second option, you can activate voice bundles.
On the third option, you can activate data bundles.
On the fourth option, you can activate customized data, voice and mixed bundles. If your SIM card is Youth Package, you can activate customized bundles. If your SIM card is not Youth Package, you will be required to pay 30 Afghani to change your package to Youth. Like this.

After you migrate to Youth Package, you will see something like this. Now you can activate any customized bundles.


The fifth option is for SMS bundles. Here you have many options.
The sixth option is for other services, for instance changing your package or international bundles.

On the package change option, you have five choices. I recommend you to change your package to Youth Package because you will receive many special offers as well and you can activate customized bundles.
The seventh option is for checking your remaining balance.

The eighth option is for MTN Hadya. You can buy bundles for others.

The ninth option is for checking the SIM card validation.
